Fitness Room

The fitness room located in the college gymnasium serves all of the Surry athletic teams. The facility features various cardio equipment including state of the art treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical machines, recumbent bikes, and rowing machines. It also features numerous Precor machines for increasing both upper body and lower body strength and endurance.
